We welcome all people of all nationalities and all faiths. We are staying here to share our learning about the wonderful benefits of mindfulness meditation and the insights offered by our teacher Thich Nhat Hanh.
During your time here, you will have the chance to practice sitting and walking meditation, to enjoy mindful eating with the community, to listen to talks by our teachers, and to delight in our lovely gardens and nature trails.
